LEADERSHIP THROUGH PERFORMANCE OR ORCHESTRA DIRECTING APPLIED TO MANAGEMENT – INSEAD:
An English session of conducting applied to management with Professor Ian Woodward (INSEAD).
By taking the baton and leading an orchestra of 20 musicians, executives experiment with new management techniques.
These sessions are part of a special curriculum offered by INSEAD in Fontainebleau and Singapore, but they can also be offered à la carte according to the needs of each company in English or French.
